The 2013–2014 Israeli Basketball Super League (Also known as Ligat Loto) was the 60th season of the Israeli Basketball Super League. The season began on 13 October 2013 and ended on 11 June 2014. Gilboa Regional Council ( he, מועצה אזורית הגלבוע, ''Mo'atza Azorit (ha)Gilbo'a'') is a regional council in northern Israel, located on the slopes of the Gilboa mountain range. Liga Leumit ( he, ליגה לאומית, lit. ''National League'') is the second tier level league of basketball competition in Israel. It is the league level that is below the first tier Israeli Basketball Premier League, Israeli Premier League. League system The league contains 15 clubs that compete in a home-and-away Round-robin tournament, round-robin. At the end of the season, the top eight clubs advance to the play-offs.
