2013–14 A.S. Roma Season
The 2013–14 season was Associazione Sportiva Roma's 86th in existence and 85th season in the top flight of Italian football. The pre-season started with the June hiring of Lille OSC manager Rudi Garcia. Garcia replaced caretaker manager Aurelio Andreazzoli who took charge after the sacking of Zdeněk Zeman in February 2013. Andreazzoli's reign had seen the continuation of a disappointing season, with the team ending up in 6th place in Serie A, whilst also losing 1–0 to regional rivals Lazio in the 2012–13 Coppa Italia, Coppa Italia final. As a result, Roma missed out on European competition for the second season in a row. Bogdan Lobonț
Bogdan Ionuț Lobonț (; born 18 January 1978) is a Romanian professional football coach and former player who played as a goalkeeper. He amassed 86 appearances for the Romania national team between 1998 and 2018, representing the country in two European Championships. He was popularly nicknamed ''Motanul'' ("The Tomcat") in Romania, due to his quick reflexes and relative small body frame for a goalkeeper. Maicon Douglas Sisenando (born 26 July 1981), known as Maicon (), is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a right-back. Maicon began his career in his native country with Cruzeiro, after initially playing for Grêmio and Criciúma at youth level. He played 125 times for Cruzeiro between 2000 and 2004, earning one national league title and several other domestic competitions, before moving to Europe when he signed for Ligue 1 side Monaco. José Rodolfo Pires Ribeiro (born 6 February 1992), commonly known as Dodô, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a left back for Atlético Mineiro.
