Ekaterina Makarova and Bruno Soares were the defending champions, but Makarova decided not to participate. Soares played with Anabel Medina Garrigues, but lost to Abigail Spears and Santiago González in the semifinals. Andrea Sestini Hlaváčková
Andrea Sestini Hlaváčková (née Hlaváčková; ; born 10 August 1986) is a Czech retired professional tennis player. She is a three-time Grand Slam champion in doubles, having won the 2011 French Open and 2013 US Open in women's doubles alongside Lucie Hradecká, as well as the 2013 US Open in mixed doubles with Max Mirnyi. Sestini Hlaváčková also finished runner-up in women's doubles at the Wimbledon Championships and US Open in 2012, and the Australian Open in 2016 and 2017. Liezel Huber
Liezel Huber (née Horn; born 21 August 1976) is a South African-American retired tennis player who represented the United States internationally since August 2007. Huber has won four Grand Slam titles in women's doubles with partner Cara Black, one with Lisa Raymond, and two mixed doubles titles with Bob Bryan. On 12 November 2007, she became the co-world No. 1 in doubles with Cara Black. On 19 April 2010, Huber became the sole No. 1 for the first time in her career. David Marrero Santana (; born 8 April 1980) is a Spanish professional tennis player. Marrero won 14 doubles titles and reaching a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 5 in November 2013. is a Japanese former professional tennis player. She reached the semifinals of the 1994 Australian Open, the 1995 French Open and the 1996 Wimbledon Championships, and won the Japan Open a record four times. She returned to tennis nearly 12 years later, announcing an unexpected comeback in April 2008. Colin Fleming (born 13 August 1984) is a British retired professional tennis player who specialised in doubles. As part of the Davis Cup team, he won eight successive doubles matches to help Great Britain into the World Group. He also won his doubles match in the World Group quarter final against Italy. John William Peers (born 25 July 1988) is an Australian professional tennis player who specialises in doubles. He won his first Grand Slam title at the 2017 Australian Open, where he and Henri Kontinen won the men's doubles event. Peers also finished runner up at the Wimbledon Championships and US Open in 2015 alongside Jamie Murray, and at the 2019 Australian Open with Kontinen.
