2013 Philippine Peace Cup
The 2013 Philippine Peace Cup was the second edition of the tournament, an international football competition organized by the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) to celebrate peace month in the country through football. This edition involved the national teams of the Philippines and only two invitees instead of three. It was held in Bacolod, Negros Occidental from October 11–15, 2013. Participants New Caledonia, Kyrgyzstan and an unspecified team from the 2012 Philippine Peace Cup were initially mooted as participants. On September 24, the PFF announced that Chinese Taipei, runners-up in the previous edition of the tournament had confirmed their participation. They also sent an invitation to the Federation of Uganda Football Associations, but they turned it down citing the expensive airfare and the bad timing due to having other commitments. 2012 Philippine Peace Cup
The 2012 Philippine Peace Cup was the inaugural edition of the tournament, four-nation international football competition organized by the Philippine Football Federation (PFF). It was originally slated for October 12–16 but the PFF moved it to September 25–29 to give way to the participation of local side Loyola Meralco Sparks in the 2012 Singapore Cup. ABS-CBN covered the games on Studio 23. The tournament was due to be the third annual Long Teng Cup, however, the organizers, the Chinese Taipei Football Association (CTFA), withdrew from staging the 2012 edition and requested the PFF to host it. The PFF then renamed it as the Paulino Alcántara Cup, after Filipino–Spanish football legend who played for FC Barcelona. The Afghanistan national football team ( ''Tīm-e Millī-e Fūtbāl-e Afghānestān'') is the national football team of Afghanistan and is controlled by the Afghanistan Football Federation. Stephan Schröck
Stephan Markus Cabizares Schröck (; born 21 August 1986) is a professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for the Azkals Development Team of the Philippines Football League. Although primarily a midfielder, earlier in his career he played mostly as a winger. Christopher Robert Barbon Greatwich (born 30 September 1983) is a Filipino retired footballer. He was the assistant head coach of the Philippines in 2018 to 2020. He has previously played for Morris County Colonials, Kaya FC, and the Philippines national football team.
