2013 PBA All-Star Weekend
The 2013 PBA All-Star Weekend was the annual all-star weekend of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA)'s 2012–13 PBA season. The events were held from May 1 to 6, 2013 at the Davao del Sur Coliseum, Digos City, Davao del Sur. Highlighting the weekend was the Gilas Pilipinas vs. PBA All-Stars game, which was held at the final day of the weekend. Philippines Men's National Basketball Team
The Philippines men's national basketball team ( fil, Pambansang koponan ng basketbol ng Pilipinas), commonly known as Gilas Pilipinas, is the basketball team representing the Philippines. The team is managed by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (Basketball Federation of the Philippines or simply SBP). The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel is a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The most popular team in the league, it is owned by Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. William Ferguson Miller MBE (born 2 May 1955) is a Scottish former professional football player and manager, who made a club record 560 league appearances for Aberdeen. The Alaska Aces were a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association since 1986 under the ownership of Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) and the owner of 14 PBA championships, tied with the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and the Magnolia Hotshots for the second-most titles overall.
