The 2013 OEC Taipei WTA Ladies Open also known as 2013 OEC Taipei WTA Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts. It was the sixth edition of the tournament and the last event of the 2013 WTA 125K series. It took place in Taipei, Taiwan, on 4–10 November 2013. Anna-Lena Friedsam (born 1 February 1994) is a German tennis player. She has won three doubles titles on the WTA Tour, one WTA 125 singles title as well as 12 singles and three doubles titles on the ITF Circuit in her career. She has won two singles titles on the WTA Tour, one WTA 125 singles title, and 13 singles titles and one doubles title on the ITF Circuit.
