The 2013 New York Jets season was the franchise's 44th season in the National Football League and the 54th overall. The Jets improved their 6–10 regular season record from 2012 New York Jets season, 2012 and attempted to make history as the first host team to play the Super Bowl XLVIII, Super Bowl on their own home turf, alongside the New York Giants, whom they share the same home field, MetLife Stadium. Mike Tannenbaum (born February 14, 1969) is an American football reporter. He served as the executive vice president of football operations for the Miami Dolphins from 2015 to 2018. Michael Richard Devlin (born November 16, 1969) is a former professional American football player and coach who is the assistant offensive line coach for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). High school years Devlin attended Cherokee High School in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, New Jersey and was a letterman in football. Devlin played for the second-best high school football team in New Jersey, losing ''The Star-Ledger'' Trophy to the number one team and USA Today top five ranked Union High School Farmers. Dave DeGuglielmo ( ; born July 15, 1968) is an American football coach who is the offensive line coach for the Boston College Eagles. He has previously been offensive line coach for the NFL's New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts, and New York Giants. Timothy McDonald (born January 6, 1965) is a former college and professional American football player who was a strong safety in the National Football League (NFL) for thirteen seasons during the 1980s and 1990s. Brian VanGorder (born April 17, 1959) is an American football coach and former player. He was the defensive coordinator at Bowling Green State University, a position he assumed in 2019. Prior to that, he was defensive coordinator at the University of Louisville. Bob D. Sutton (born January 28, 1951) is an American football coach serving as a senior defensive assistant of the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL).
