The 2013 New Orleans Bowl was an American college football bowl game that was played on December 21, 2013, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana. The thirteenth edition of the New Orleans Bowl, it featured the 2013 Tulane Green Wave football team, Tulane Green Wave of Conference USA against the 2013 Louisiana–Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns football team, Louisiana–Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns of the Sun Belt Conference. The 2002 ConAgra Foods Hawaii Bowl was the inaugural Hawaii Bowl game and matched the hometown Hawaii Warriors with the Tulane Green Wave. Hawaii came into the game 10–3 and Tulane came into the game 7–5. The game was sponsored by ConAgra Foods, a packaged foods company. 2013 Tulane Green Wave Football Team
The 2013 Tulane Green Wave football team represented Tulane University in the 2013 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by second year head coach Curtis Johnson and played home games at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. They were a member of Conference USA in the West Division.
