2013 Men's EuroHockey Championship II
The 2013 Men's EuroHockey Championship II was the 5th edition of the Men's EuroHockey Championship II, the second level of the men's European field hockey championships organized by the European Hockey Federation. It was held from the 3rd until the 11th of August 2013 in Vienna, Austria. The tournament also served as a qualifier for the 2015 EuroHockey Championship, with the finalists Russia and France qualifying. Qualified teams Format The eight teams were split into two groups of four teams. The top two teams advanced to the semifinals to determine the winner in a knockout system. The bottom two teams played in a new group with the teams they did not play against in the group stage. The last two teams were relegated to the Men's EuroHockey Championship III. Central European Summer Time (CEST), sometimes referred to as Central European Daylight Time (CEDT), is the standard clock time observed during the period of summer daylight-saving in those European countries which observe Central European Time (CET; UTC+01:00) during the other part of the year. Richard Findlater (1921–1985) was a British theatre critic and biographer. Early life He was born Kenneth Bruce Findlater Bain, but worked under the pen-name Richard Findlater. Alan Forsyth
Alan Forsyth (born 5 April 1992) is a Scottish field hockey player who plays as a forward for HGC and the Scotland and Great Britain national teams. He is the son of Derek Forsyth, the head coach of Scotland. Club career Forsyth plays club hockey in the Dutch Hoofdklasse for Dutch club HGC. He has been playing since 2014 in the Men's England Hockey League Premier Division for Surbiton. He also played for Scottish club Kelburne Hockey Club. Hugo Valentin Paul Genestet (born 2 March 1992) is a French field hockey player who plays as a midfielder for Belgian club Waterloo Ducks and the French national team. Club career Genestet played for Saint Germain in France before he joined Leuven in Belgium in 2014. He played there until 2016 when he returned to France.
