A percentage point or percent point is the unit (measurement), unit for the Difference (mathematics), arithmetic difference between two percentages. Del Reyes de Guzman (born January 9, 1963) is a Filipino politician who served as the 11th Mayor of Marikina from 2010 to 2016. He had previously served as Representative for the city's lone district from 2001 up to its division in 2007, wherein he served as the representative for the second district until 2016. Local elections were held in the Philippines on May 13, 2013, the same day and on the same ballot as national elections. 2013 Philippine General Election
A general election was held in the Philippines on May 13, 2013. It was a midterm election—the officials elected will be sworn in on June 30, 2013, midway through President Benigno Aquino III's term of office. Being elected are 12 senators (half of the Senate), and all 229 district members of the House of Representatives. These national elections were held on the same day as local and gubernatorial elections, as well as a general election in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
