Liga Deportiva Universitaria (), often referred to as Liga de Quito, LDU, is an Ecuadorian professional football club based in Quito. They play in the Serie A, the highest level of the Ecuadorian professional football league. Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Loja was a professional association football team from the city of Loja, Ecuador. Ignacio Canuto (born 20 February 1986 in Santa Fe) is an Argentine footballer, who plays as a centre-back. He has previously played for Unión (Argentina), Ben Hur (Argentina), Argentinos Juniors (Argentina), Maccabi Haifa (Israel), Libertad (Paraguay), LDU Quito (Ecuador), Tigre (Argentina) and León (Mexico).
