The World Group II Play-offs were four ties which involved the losing nations of the 2013 Fed Cup World Group II, World Group II and four nations from the three Zonal Group I competitions. Nations that won their play-off ties entered the 2014 Fed Cup World Group II, 2014 World Group, while losing nations joined their respective zonal groups. Ksenia Pervak
Ksenia Yuryevna Pervak (russian: Ксения Юрьевна Первак; born 27 May 1991) is a retired tennis player from Russia. Pervak won one singles title on the WTA Tour, as well as nine singles and three doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. On 19 September 2011, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 37. On 30 January 2012, she peaked at No. 123 in the doubles rankings. Pervak won the 2009 Australian Open girls' singles title, defeating Laura Robson in straight sets in the final. In November 2015, she announced her retirement from professional tennis due to chronic injuries. Elena Sergeevna Baltacha ( uk, Олена Сергіївна Балтача; 14 August 1983 – 4 May 2014) was a Ukrainian-born British professional tennis player. Laura Robson (born 21 January 1994) is a British former professional tennis player. She debuted on the ITF Junior Circuit in 2007, and a year later won the Junior Wimbledon championships at the age of 14.
