2013 DBL Playoffs
The 2013 DBL Playoffs were the final phase of the 2012–13 Dutch Basketball League. It started on 17 April and ended on 23 May 2013. EiffelTowers Den Bosch were the defending champions. ZZ Leiden won the playoffs and its third championship. Aris Leeuwarden, who featured in their first finals ever, finished as runners-up. 2012–13 Dutch Basketball League
The 2012–13 Dutch Basketball League was the 53rd season of the Dutch Basketball League, the highest professional basketball league in the Netherlands. The season started on 6 October 2012 and ended on 23 May 2013. Second-seeded ZZ Leiden won the DBL title, after defeating fourth-seeded Aris Leeuwarden 4–0 in the play-off finals. Peter Van Paassen
Peter van Paassen (born 20 December 1978) is a former Dutch basketball player. Van Paassen played for multiple teams in Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands. Standing at 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m), he usually played as center. Van Paassen has won the Dutch MVP award two times, which makes him one of the few Dutch players to ever win the award. Michael Schachtner
Michael Anthony "Mike" Schachtner (born November 19, 1986) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Maine Red Claws of the NBA Development League. The 6'9" forward played college basketball for the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay before going undrafted in the 2009 NBA draft. High school career Schachtner attended Somerset High School in Somerset, Wisconsin where he played for coach Eric Olson and was a two-time Middle Border Conference Player of the Year. Mike Nardi (born January 30, 1985) is an American basketball coach and former player. He attended St. Patrick High School (New Jersey), St. Patrick High School in Elizabeth, New Jersey and Villanova University.
