Caracas Fútbol Club is a Venezuelan football team based in Caracas. The club has won twelve First Division titles making it the most successful in Venezuelan football history. Teams Eighteen teams participated this season, sixteen of whom remain from the previous season. Carabobo and Tucanes were relegated after accumulating the fewest points in the 2011–12 season aggregate table.
