2013 Chicago Fire Season
The 2013 Chicago Fire season was the club's 15th year of existence, as well as their 16th season in Major League Soccer and their 16th consecutive year in the top-flight of American soccer. Chicago Fire began the regular season on March 3, 2013 with an away match against the defending champions Los Angeles Galaxy. The Men in Red concluded the regular season on October 27, 2013 with an away match against New York Red Bulls. The Fire finished the regular season with a 14-13-7 record, but narrowly missed the playoffs, losing the spot to the Montreal Impact on second tiebreaker. On October 30, 2013, the club has announced the head coach Frank Klopas and the president of soccer operations Javier Leon have stepped down. The Philadelphia Union are an American professional soccer club based in Chester, Pennsylvania. The Union compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. Founded on February 28, 2008, the club began playing in 2010 as an expansion team. Bakary Soumaré
Bakary Soumaré (born 9 November 1985) is a Malian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He played professionally in the United States, France, Germany and Canada, and earned twelve caps for the Mali national team. Early life Born in Bamako, Mali, Soumaré moved as a two-year-old to France with this family, growing up in Saint-Denis, a suburb of Paris. Hunter Jumper (born February 28, 1989) is an American soccer player who plays as a defender for National Premier Soccer League club Georgia Storm. College career Jumper played his collegiate career at Virginia. During his four years with the Cavaliers, he was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference All-Tournament team three times. Atlanta Blackhawks was an American soccer team based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Founded in 2009, the team played in the USL Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in the Southeast Division of the Southern Conference. Sean Everet Johnson (born May 31, 1989) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Major League Soccer club Toronto FC and the United States national team. Career College and amateur Johnson grew up in Lilburn, Georgia where he attended Brookwood High School.
