2013 British Athletics Championships
The 2013 British Athletics Championships was the national championship in outdoor track and field for athletes in the United Kingdom, held from 12–14 July at Alexander Stadium in Birmingham. Conrad Williams (athlete)
Conrad Williams (born 20 March 1982) is a British track and field sprinter who competes in the 400 metres and 4×400 m relay. He holds a personal best of 45.02 seconds for the individual event. The majority of his success has come in relay events, where he has won eight senior international medals, including the gold medal for both England at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, and for Great Britain at the 2014 European Athletics Championships. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, although he did not advance beyond the semi-finals in the 400 m, he was part of the British team that came fourth in the men's 4 x 400 m. Scott Overall (born 9 February 1983 in Hammersmith, London) is a British athlete who runs for the Blackheath & Bromley running club. Scott was officially named part of the 2012 GB Olympic team on 5 December 2011 after achieving "A-Standard" at the Berlin marathon. Andrew Lemoncello
Andrew Lemoncello (born 12 October 1982) is a Scottish long distance runner who competes in the 3000 metres steeplechase and the marathon events. He won a team junior gold medal at the 2001 European Cross Country Championships and won a scholarship to attend Florida State University in 2004. At Florida State he was second in the NCAA Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the steeplechase. He represented Great Britain at the World Championships in Athletics in 2005 and 2007. Andrew James Vernon (born 7 January 1986) is a British long-distance runner who specialised in the 5000 metres, the 10,000metres on track and cross country running. After the 2018 commonwealth games and started to concentrate on the roads winning Manchester Half Marathon with the aim of doing a full marathon in 2019. Chris O'Hare (born 23 November 1990) is a Scottish middle-distance runner who competes in the 1500 metres. Gareth Warburton (born 23 April 1983) is a Welsh middle-distance runner originally from Caernarfon. He specializes in the 800 metres.
