Turkish Women's First Football League
The Turkish Women's Football Super League ( tr, Kadınlar Süper Ligi), formerly the First Women's Football League (also known as the ''Turkcell Women's Football Super League'' for sponsorship reasons), is the top level women's football league of Turkey. In the 2022–23 season, one group of 10 teams and one group of nine teams play a double round robin and finals to decide a champion club, which qualifies for a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League. On 8 March 2021, the International Women's Day, the Turkish Football Federation signed a sponsorship agreement with the Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell. Accordingly, the First Women's Football League was named Turkcell Women's Super League ( tr, Turkcell Kadın Süper Ligi) beginning with the 2021–22 season. The 2013–14 UEFA Women's Champions League was the 13th edition of the European women's championship for football clubs. The final was held at Estádio do Restelo, Lisbon, Portugal. German team VfL Wolfsburg won the title over Swedish club Tyresö FF after turning a 0–2 into a 4–3 win. Wolfsburg became the third side to defend the Champions League title. Team allocation and distribution Austria had overtaken Norway for 8th place in the UEFA coefficient ranking and thus assured themselves a second entry. Derince
Derince is a seaport, city and district of Kocaeli Province of Turkey. The mayor is Zeki Aygün ( AK Parti). Derince Port is one of the few ports in Turkey under government control. The port is operated by the Turkish State Railways (TCDD). Having one of the biggest storage area in the region, the port is widely used for finished vehicle product transportation. Derince is one of the few ports with railway connection in that area, and has the longest rail network within the port.
