The 2012–13 Macedonian Football Cup was the 21st season of Macedonia's football knockout competition. Renova are the defending champions, having won their first title. The 2012–13 champions were FK Teteks who won their second title. KF Renova
KF Renova ( mk, ФК Ренова) is a football club based in the village of Džepčište, Tetovo Municipality, North Macedonia. They recently competed in the Macedonian First League. History FK Renova was founded in 2003 but was derived from the football school established in 2000. As a result of successful work in 2003, the people from Džepčište began to invest in this school of football. Since then, the football school was named Renova, after the Džepčište based manufacturing company, which invested the most to the club. Renova then merged with the Tetovo club FK Shkumbini and was initiated into the Macedonian Third League. In the club's first season, they came first in the league. To achieve promotion into the second league, Renova had to beat Vardar from Negotino. Renova won the game via penalty shootout. FK Napredok ( mk, ФК Напредок) is a football club from Kičevo, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Third League (West Division). History The club was founded in 1928, under the name ''Jadran''. After World War II, it had the name ''Jančica'' until 1952 when it got its current name FK Napredok. FK Gorno Lisiče
FK Gorno Lisiče ( mk, ФК Горно Лисиче) is a football club from Gorno Lisiče in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. They currently play in the 3.MFL (North). History The club played its first match in 1940 under the name ''Lisiče'' against ''Lebane'' from Leskovac. Over the years, the team has used a few different names, first ''Udarnik'' and later ''Bratstvo Edinstvo''. For a period of time it also used the name ''Tehnokom'', a firm that saved the club when it was in financial trouble. After the sponsor left only with the help of the Gorno Lisiče citizens, players and club board, it was saved from the brink of extinction. FK Ljuboten ( mk, ФК Љуботен) is a North Macedonian football club based in Tetovo. They are recently competing in the Macedonian Third League (West Division). History Founded in 1919, FK Ljuboten is the oldest club in North Macedonia. FK Ljuboten was based in northern Tetovo, built and supported by the locals. The name was derived from the mountain peak of the Šar Mountains, Ljuboten. Through most of the football period under both the Kingdom and Socialist Yugoslavia, the club relied on local talent and were funded by the locals and the city of Tetovo. For the 100th birthday of the club, they joined the Club of Pioneers. Rivalry FK Ljuboten's rival is FK Teteks. GFK Tikvesh 1930 ( mk, Градски Фудбалски Клуб Тиквеш 1930), commonly referred to as Tikvesh, is a professional football club from Kavadarci, North Macedonia, that currently competes in the Macedonian First League. FK Sileks ( mk, ФК Силекс) is a football club based in Kratovo, North Macedonia who play in the Macedonian First League. History The club was founded in 1965. Sileks biggest accomplishment in 90s came in the Yugoslav Cup where they reached the quarter-final. FK Belasica ( mk, ФК Беласица) is a football club based in the city of Strumica, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Second League.
