Crewe Alexandra F
Crewe () is a railway town and civil parishes in England, civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire East in Cheshire, England. The Crewe built-up area had a total population of 75,556 in 2011, which also covers parts of the adjacent civil parishes of Willaston, Cheshire East, Willaston, Shavington cum Gresty and Wistaston. Crewe is perhaps best known as a large railway junction and home to Crewe Works; for many years, it was a major railway engineering facility for manufacturing and overhauling locomotives, but now much reduced in size. From 1946 until 2002, it was also the home of Rolls-Royce Motors, Rolls-Royce motor car production. The Pyms Lane factory on the west of the town now exclusively produces Bentley motor cars. Byron Moore
Byron Curtis Moore (born 24 August 1988) is an English professional footballer who plays for club AFC Telford United. He can play as a winger or as a forward, and has also been utilised as a wing-back. A graduate of the Crewe Alexandra Academy, he made his senior debut for Crewe Alexandra in August 2007. He went on to spend the next seven years with the club, twice playing at Wembley Stadium as he helped the "Railwaymen" to win promotion out of League Two via the play-offs in 2012 and then to go on and lift the League Trophy in 2013. He signed with nearby league rivals Port Vale in July 2014, and switched to Bristol Rovers in June 2016. Oliver Anthony Turton (born 6 December 1992) is an English professional footballer who plays as a right back or central midfielder for Huddersfield Town. He has also played for Crewe Alexandra and Blackpool. Early life Turton was born in Manchester, Greater Manchester. Career Crewe Alexandra Turton began his professional career with Crewe Alexandra in 2010. He joined Northern Premier League Division One South club Market Drayton Town on loan along with Jason Oswell. Jordan Stuart Connerton (born 2 October 1989) is an English footballer who last played as a striker for Lancaster City. Career Early career He started his football career with Lancaster City at the age of just sixteen years of age playing in the Football Conference as Lancaster were relegated with just one point to their name. This was due to the club having to go into administration due to financial difficulties. Daniel Sang Ting (born 1 December 1992) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Malaysia Super League club Sabah, on loan from Johor Darul Ta'zim. Born in England, he plays for the Malaysia national team. Ting paused his career for two years to move to Australia from 2019 until 2020. Jordan Brown (born 11 October 1991) is an English footballer who plays as a left-back for Bishop's Stortford. A former West Ham United youth player, Brown has played on loan with Aldershot and completed a short-term contract with Crewe Alexandra, as well as playing for Barnet for over two seasons, Boreham Wood, Whitehawk, Dulwich Hamlet, Welling United, Concord Rangers, Canvey Island and East Thurrock United. Carl Clarke Martin (born 24 October 1986) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a defender. He last played in 2015 for Wealdstone. Career Martin was born in Camden, London. He started his career in non-league football with Wealdstone before signing for Football League Two side Crewe Alexandra in October 2009. He made his league debut for Crewe on 19 January 2010 in the 1–1 draw with Hereford United at Edgar Street. Lee Bell
Lee Bell (born 26 January 1983) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He is currently manager of Crewe Alexandra. He began his career at Crewe Alexandra, also playing for Burton Albion, Mansfield Town and Macclesfield Town, before returning in succession to Crewe, Burton Albion and latterly Macclesfield Town on loan from Burton. David John Artell (born 22 November 1980) is a professional football manager and former player who most recently was manager of club Crewe Alexandra. He began his career as a centre back with Rotherham United, as the "Millers" won successive promotions from the Third Division to the First Division in 1999–2000 and 2000–01. He joined Shrewsbury Town on loan for the 2002–03 season, before successive two-year spells with Mansfield Town and Chester City, then joining Morecambe in July 2007.
