Ali Mahmoud ( ar, علي محمود) is Lebanese-Canadian basketball player. Career Mahmoud was born on May 28, 1983, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, to Toufic and Gina Mahmoud, who had immigrated to Canada. He played with St. Patrick's High School Fighting Irish 1999 to 2002 and for one academic year, in 2002-2003, in University of Ottawa Gee-Gees.
