2012 UCF Knights Baseball Team
The 2012 UCF Knights baseball team represented the University of Central Florida in the 2012 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Knights played their home games at Jay Bergman Field in Orlando, Florida. The Knights were led by head coach Terry Rooney, who was in his fourth season with the team. The 2012 season marked the second consecutive season that the Knights made the NCAA tournament. Their 2011 tournament appearance was the program's first since 2004. Terry Rooney (baseball Coach)
Terry Rooney is an American baseball coach and former pitcher, who is the current recruiting coordinator for the LSU Tigers baseball, LSU Tigers. He played college baseball at Davis & Elkins College in 1993, transferring to Radford Highlanders baseball, Radford where he played from 1994 to 1996. Rooney then served as the head coach of the UCF Knights baseball, UCF Knights (2009–2016) and the interim head coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide baseball, Alabama Crimson Tide (2017). Head coaching career In 2009, Rooney replaced longtime UCF Knights baseball, UCF Knights head coach, Jay Bergman (baseball), Jay Bergman. On June 21, 2010, Rooney signed a four-year contract extension with the university, making him the Knights head baseball coach through 2014. Trustmark Park
Trustmark Park is the home of the Mississippi Braves, the Southern League (1964–present), Southern League Double-A (baseball), Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves and is located in Pearl, Mississippi, USA. The ballpark, which opened April 18, 2005, has capacity for 8,480 fans. There are 5,500 chair-back chair, seats in the reserved seating areas. Appalachian Power Park
GoMart Ballpark is the current home field for the Charleston Dirty Birds, a baseball team in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. It also has been used by the baseball programs of West Virginia University, Marshall University, and the University of Charleston. Melching Field
Melching Field at Conrad Park is a baseball stadium located in DeLand, Florida. The primary tenant of Melching Field is the Stetson University Hatters college baseball team, a Division I program playing in the ASUN Conference. Features Melching Field features 2,500 chair and benchback seats, with room for approximately 500 more spectators in a grass berm area along the first base foul line. The partially covered grandstand includes a large press box with two radio broadcast booths, a television broadcast booth, a media area, and two luxury boxes. FedExPark is a baseball stadium in Memphis, Tennessee. It is the home field of the Memphis Tigers baseball team. The stadium holds 2,000 spectators and opened in 1972 as Nat Buring Stadium. Greer Field at Turchin Stadium is a baseball stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is the on-campus home the Tulane University Tulane Green Wave baseball, Green Wave college baseball team. From 1893 to 1989, Tulane's home ballpark was Tulane Diamond, which was located about south of Turchin Stadium's current location. History The stadium was named for Robert Turchin, a World War II veteran and 1943 graduate of Tulane, and his wife, Lillian Turchin, who headed the drive in 1990 to build it. In 2011, Southern Miss announced the expansion of Pete Taylor Park. The plans include adding 1,358 seats and expanding the seating capacity to 4,300. The expansion was completed for the start of the 2012 NCAA Division I baseball season, 2012 season.

Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field is home field for the Miami Hurricanes baseball team at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Cougar Field
Darryl & Lori Schroeder Park (formerly known as Cougar Field) is a baseball park in Houston, Texas. It is the home field of the Houston Cougars baseball team. Several iterations of the ballpark have existed. The current stadium holds 5,000 people, and opened for baseball in 1995. With a 1,500 square foot Daktronics video board, Schroeder Park features the second-largest scoreboard in college baseball.
