The champions was Huachipato which won its 2nd league title, 38 years after winning their first one. Chilean Primera División
The Chilean Primera División (English: First Division) is the top-tier league of the Chilean football league system. It is organized by the ''Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional, ANFP''. The league is known as the Campeonato AFP PlanVital for sponsorship reasons. Format As of the 2018 season, 16 teams compete in the league, playing against each other two times, home and away. Relegation and promotion Currently, the two teams with the worst scores in the season, are relegated to Primera B, and replaced by the Champions and Runners-up of this Division. Cobresal
Club de Deportes Cobresal or simply Cobresal, is a Chilean football club based in El Salvador, Atacama, a Chilean mining camp, and participates in Campeonato Nacional. The team was founded on 5 May 1979, and the name of the club comes from the local copper mine establishment. Since its inception, the club has played its home games at the El Cobre Stadium. With a capacity of approximately 12,000, the stadium is able to seat more than the entire population of the town (7,000). Estadio Bicentenario De La Florida
Estadio Bicentenario Municipal de La Florida is a multi-purpose stadium, located in La Florida, in eastern Santiago, Chile. It is the home stadium of Chilean football team Audax Italiano. The stadium was built in 1986 and rebuilt in 2008. The stadium also hosts a variety of events such as summer theatre festivals and music concerts, such as the KISS concert in early 2009. Faith No More performed at the stadium on October 30, 2009 as part of their The Second Coming Tour. The stadium has also been used for concerts by System of a Down, Primus, Rage Against the Machine, The Mars Volta, The Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Rammstein, and Dua Lipa among others. In 2007, La Florida was selected as a venue for the 2008 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. In order to comply with FIFA standards, the old stadium was torn down and a completely new venue was built. Gonzalo Fierro
Gonzalo Antonio Fierro Caniullán (born 21 March 1983) is a Chilean former footballer who played as a defender or midfielder. Club career Fierro began his career at Chilean giants Colo-Colo, being promoted to first-adult team in 2002. Along the seasons, he break into the first team and then he became an undisputed player with Claudio Borghi with whom won four league titles and reached a 2006 Copa Sudamericana runner-up, all of active way. Mauro Andrés Olivi (; born 18 March 1983) is an Argentine former professional footballer. He played as striker or also as an attacking midfielder. Club career Early career Olivi made his youth career at hometown club Liniers, where was promoted to the first-team in 2000, making his career debut in the Torneo Argentino A. Unión La Calera
Unión La Calera is a Chilean football club based in La Calera and competes the Primera División de Chile. It was founded as Club de Deportes La Calera on 26 January 1954, after the merger of three teams from the city: ''Condor'', ''Calera Comercio'' and ''Tifón''. The following year, Deportes La Calera joined ''Club de Deportes Melón'' (originated by the merger between Cemento Melón and Minas Navío) to form Unión La Calera. After spending six seasons in second level, the club obtained its first promotion to Primera División de Chile in 1961, category where they remained until 1974. Santiago Wanderers
Club de Deportes Santiago Wanderers is a football club based in Valparaíso, a founding member of the Chilean Football Federation. Their home ground, Estadio Elías Figueroa Brander, is in the north-west of the city. Wanderers have played their games there since 1931 after moving from Barrio Puerto. Founded on 15 August 1892, it's the country's oldest club and the oldest football team in Latin America as well. There are four clubs older than Wanderers in Peru and Argentina, but none of those started out as football clubs and all of their football branches started after 1892.
