Superliga Colombiana
The Superliga Colombiana (''Colombian Superleague''), officially known as Superliga BetPlay Dimayor due to sponsorship by online betting company BetPlay, is an official competition contested between the winners of the Apertura and Finalización tournaments of the Colombian Categoría Primera A. The tournament is organized by the División Mayor del Fútbol Colombiano, DIMAYOR. The competition was created in 2012 and is played by the end of January of every year, at the start of each season. Its current champion is Atlético Nacional, who won their fourth title in 2025, and are one of the most successful clubs in the competition, along with Santa Fe who have also won it four times. Atlético Nacional S. A., best known as Atlético Nacional, is a Colombian professional football club based in Medellín. The club is one of only three clubs to have played in every first division tournament in the country's history, the other two being Millonarios and Santa Fe. 2011 Categoría Primera A Season
The 2011 Categoría Primera A season (officially known at the 2011 Liga Postobón season for sponsorship reasons) is the 64th season of Colombia's top-flight football league. Format The format for both the Apertura and Finalización will have an identical format. Each championship will be divided into four stages. The First Stage will be contested on a home-and-away basis, with each team playing the other teams once and playing a regional rival once more. The top 8 teams after 18 rounds will advance to the quarterfinals. In the quarterfinals, the teams will be matched-up with another team into four different ties. The ties will be contested over two legs on a home-and-away basis. The winner of each tie will advance to the semifinals. The semifinals and the finals will have the same format as the quarterfinals. Jefferson Andrés Duque Montoya (born May 17, 1987) is a Colombian professional footballer who is currently a free agent. Career Duque began his career with Cali-based club Depor FC in the Primera B, where he only played a few friendlies but never received minutes in an official match. In 2006, he joined Deportivo Pereira of the top flight where he had a good spell, scoring 18 goals in 43 appearances. In January 2011, he joined Deportivo Rionegro of the Primera B to regain form as he was struggling with form in the Primera A. Duque had an excellent spell with the club, and he was the top goalscorer of the 2011 Finalizacion, with eleven goals, and 2012 Apertura, with twenty goals.
