2012 Jelajah Malaysia
The 2012 Jelajah Malaysia, a cycling stage race that took place in Malaysia. It was held from 8 to 13 May, 2012. There were six stages with a total of 1,042.1 kilometres. In fact, the race was sanctioned by the Union Cycliste Internationale as a 2.2-category race and was part of the 2011–12 UCI Asia Tour calendar. Yusuf Abrekov of Uzbekistan won the race, followed by Jai Crawford of Australia in second and Yasuharu Nakajima of Japan in third overall. Adiq Husainie Othman of Malaysia won the points classification, and Dadi Suryadi of Indonesia won the mountains classification. Putra Perjuangan won the team classification. 2011–12 UCI Asia Tour
The 2011–12 UCI Asia Tour was the 8th season of the UCI Asia Tour. The season began on 2 October 2011 with the Tour d'Indonesia and ended on 30 September 2012 with the Tour de Brunei. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Asia Tour cycling jersey. Mehdi Sohrabi from Iran was the defending champion of the 2010–11 UCI Asia Tour. Sungai Petani ( abbr. Sg. Petani or SP; Jawi: سوڠاي ڤتاني) is a city in Kuala Muda District, Kedah, Malaysia. Chuping
Chuping is a small town in Perlis, Malaysia. It is located to the northeast of Kangar, the state capital. The town has 22,000 hectares of plantations, which consist of rubber estates and the largest sugar cane plantation in Malaysia.
