2012 IHF Super Globe
The 2012 IHF Super Globe was the sixth edition. It was held in Doha, Qatar at the Al-Gharafa Sports Club Hall from August 27 – September 1, 2012. BM Neptuno
Club Balonmano Neptuno/Atlético Madrid was a Spanish professional handball team based in Madrid, Spain. Part of the Atlético Madrid sports organization. They played two seasons in the Liga ASOBAL and their home court was the Palacio Vistalegre. History Balonmano Atlético Madrid was created in the early 1950s, it won 11 Spanish Leagues and 10 Spanish Cups between 1952 and 1987, and reached the final of the 1984–85 European Cup and the 1986–87 EHF Cup; they lost both to, respectively, Metaloplastika Sabac and Granitas Kaunas. Jesús Gil disbanded the team in 1992, but it still competed as Atlético Madrid Alcobendas for two more seasons under the management of some stockholders before finally disappearing in 1994. Guðjón Valur Sigurðsson
Guðjón Valur Sigurðsson (born 8 August 1979) is an Icelandic retired handball player and current coach of VfL Gummersbach. A captain of the Iceland men's national handball team, Guðjón Valur broke the world record for most goals scored in international men's handball in 2018. He won silver with the Icelandic handball team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, as well as bronze at the 2010 European Championship. Club career Guðjón started his handball career at a young age with Grótta on Seltjarnarnes. He also played with KA Akureyri and lost the Icelandic championship final in 2001. Wael Jallouz
Wael Jallouz (born 3 May 1991) is a retired Tunisian handball player. Club career Jallouz participated on the AS Hammamet team that won the Tunisian National Cup in 2012 after defeating in the final ES Sahel HC, the recent winner of the 2012 African Cup Winner's Cup, by 26–25. That was the club's first title since foundation in 1945. He competed for Mudhar Club at the 2012 Super Globe where he scored 26 goals in five matches and was awarded man of the match against THW Kiel after scoring eight times. Marko Vujin (Serbian Cyrillic: Марко Вујин, born 7 December 1984) is a Serbian handball player who plays for SC Pick Szeged and the Serbian national team. Career Vujin started his professional career in his hometown club RK Sintelon, where he played with national teammate Žarko Šešum and Bosnian goalkeeper Danijel Šarić, who later won the EHF Champions League with FC Barcelona Handbol.
