Kenji Ogiya ( ja, 扇谷 健司 ''Oogiya Kenji'') is a Japanese association football referee who has refereed in the J-League, J. League Division 2 as well as the Polish Ekstraklasa and Polish First League. He is also an international referee, having officiated two international games since 2007. History Domestic Ogiya has been refereeing since 2000, however became a fully professional referee in 2007. The , also nicknamed the , is a multi-purpose stadium in Niigata, Japan. It is the home ground of J2 League club Albirex Niigata and was one of the 20 stadia used in the 2002 FIFA World Cup, hosting three matches. Through a sponsorship deal the stadium is officially named , and has previously been called the ''Tohoku Denryoku Big Swan Stadium'' for similar reason. The stadium's capacity is 42,300. The highest recorded attendance at the stadium was Albirex Niigata's home fixture against Omiya Ardija on 23 November 2003, the final day of the 2003 J. League Division 2, with 42,223 fans attending. Albirex Niigata
is a professional football club based in Niigata, Japan. Formed in 1955 as Niigata Eleven SC, it was renamed Albireo Niigata FC in 1995, and Albirex Niigata in 1997. is a Japanese footballer who plays for Júbilo Iwata. Mainly as a defensive midfielder. Career Júbilo Iwata Yamamoto, who was born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, started his career at Seirei Junior Football Club before transferring to Júbilo Iwata's youth academy in 2002. is a Japanese international football player currently playing for Gamba Osaka in the J1 League. His regular playing position is an attacking midfielder or a winger. Club career A native of Osaka, Kurata came up through the youth team ranks at Gamba Osaka and made his way into the first-team squad ahead of the 2007 season. Owing to his tender years, he played just 6 league matches in his debut season as a professional, but the following year he went on to make 21 appearances in all competitions as Gamba lifted the 2008 AFC Champions League and the 2008 Emperor's Cup.
