FFAS Senior League is the top division of the Football Federation American Samoa in American Samoa and is played on an amateur basis. Utulei Youth
Utulei Youth are an association football team from Pago Pago in American Samoa. They play in the territory's top division, the FFAS Senior League. They have won the domestic league championship twice, in 2014 (a perfect season) and 2015, and the domestic cup once, in 2014. History Utulei Youth was founded in 1996 by Rev. Ioane Evagelia, who serves as both the president and the coach of the club. Early in their history, they participated in 5 and 7-a-side games, but they now play in the 11-a-side FFAS National League. In addition to league play, the team also competes in American Samoa's domestic cup, the FFAS President's Cup. Utulei finished the 2012 season in third, taking 27 points from 14 games. They finished the 2013 season in fifth place, having taken seven points from seven games. Vaitogi United
Vaitogi is a village in American Samoa. It has many missionaries and tourists who are attracted by shopping for local products. Vaitogi might be most famous of its legends about the Turtle and Shark (Laumei ma Malie). It is said that once, at a time when food was scarce, an old woman took her granddaughter to the bluff at Vaitogi, and holding hands, they leaped into the sea down below. While the young girl was transformed into a shark, the blind grandmother became a turtle. It gives its name to a local U-shaped cove in town, which was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2014. Fogāma'a Crater Trail is a 3-mile roundtrip hiking trail in Vaitogi.
