2012 Dahsyatnya Awards
The 2012 Dahsyatnya Awards was an awards show for Indonesian musicians. It was the fourth annual show. The show was held on January 25, 2012, at the Jakarta International Expo in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The awards show was hosted by Raffi Ahmad, Olga Syahputra, Olla Ramlan, Jessica Iskandar, Ayu Ting Ting, Boy William and Pak Tarno. The awards ceremonies will held theme for "Sebarkan Kedahsyatan Cintamu". Raffi Farid Ahmad (born 17 February 1987) is an Indonesian media personality, presenter, actor, singer, entrepreneur and producer. As a Sundanese and Pakistani descent, He is the eldest son of Munawar Ahmad and Amy Qanita. Early life Raffi was born on 17 February 1987, in Bandung, West Java. He is the oldest child of three. Last Child is an Indonesian pop punk/ alternative rock band formed in 2006. The band's current members are Virgoun Teguh (vocals and guitar), Rachmad Firdaus (guitar), Dimas Rangga (vocals and bass). It has released one mini album and two studio albums. Name The name ''Last Child'' was chosen because the band founders are the last (youngest) children of their respective families. Ungu ( 'Purple') is an Indonesian rock band formed in Jakarta in 1996 with Makki as the only remaining original member. The group comprises vocalist Pasha, guitarists Enda & Onci, bassist Makki, and drummer Rowman. RAN is an Indonesian pop rock band formed in Jakarta, Indonesia in November 2006. The group comprises Rayi Putra Rahardjo (vocals/rap), Astono "Asta" Andoko (guitars), and Anindyo "Nino" Baskoro (vocals), the group name taken from the members' initials. Their music combines elements of jazz, R&B, rock, hip hop, and funk. They released their debut album, ''RAN for Your Life'' in 2007, from which the successful single "Pandangan Pertama" was taken.
