2012 Alabama Crimson Tide Football Team
The 2012 Alabama Crimson Tide football team represented the University of Alabama in the 2012 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) football season. It marked the Crimson Tide's 118th overall season of playing college football, 79th as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and 21st within the SEC Western Division. The team was led by head coach Nick Saban, in his sixth year, and played its home games at Bryant–Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Dave Rimington was a center who played at the University of Nebraska from 1979 to 1982. The 2012 Texas A&M Aggies football team represented Texas A&M University in the 2012 NCAA Division I FBS football season.
