2011–12 SC Bastia Season
The 2011–12 season will be SC Bastia's first season back in Ligue 2 since promotion from Championnat National in 2011. Ranked first in the league this season and promoted to Ligue 1. Sporting Club Bastiais ( co, Sporting Club di Bastia, commonly referred to as SC Bastia or simply Bastia) is a Corsican association football club based in Bastia on the island of Corsica. The Coupe de France, formerly known as the Coupe Charles Simon, is the premier knockout cup competition in French football organized by the French Football Federation (FFF). It was first held in 1917 and is open to all amateur and professional football clubs in France, including clubs based in the overseas departments and territories. Wahbi Khazri
Wahbi Khazri ( ar, وهبي خزري; born 8 February 1991) is a professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or as a forward for club Montpellier. Trained at Bastia from 2004, Khazri made his professional debut there in 2009 and quickly became a vital part of the team, as he helped the club reach promotion to Ligue 2 in 2011, and then Ligue 1 in 2012. Magno Macedo Novaes (born 30 March 1983) is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper.
