Television In Spain
Television in Spain was introduced in 1956, when the national state-owned public service television broadcaster Televisión Española (TVE) started regular analog free-to-air terrestrial black and white broadcasts. Colour transmissions started in 1972 after two years of test transmissions, with all programming transmitted in color in 1977, and colour commercials starting in 1978. TVE held a monopoly on television broadcasting until regional public channels were launched during the 1980s and commercial television started nationwide in 1990. Digital terrestrial television was launched on 30 November 2005 with analog service discontinued on 3 April 2010. Currently, television is one of the leading mass media of the country, and by 2008 was in 99.7% of households in Spain according to INE statistics. Alejo Sauras
Alejo Martín Sauras (born June 29, 1979 in Palma de Mallorca), is a Spanish actor who is best known as Raúl Martinez in ''Los Serrano''. Biography Sauras was born in Palma de Mallorca, Mallorca but he spend his childhood in Madrid. Sauras studied aviation electronics for a while but he left his studies to pursue acting. Along with his acting studies, he studied Japanese, which gave him two theatre roles afterward. He also studied dance with Sue Samuels of the Broadway Dance Center in 2001. Sauras begin to get small roles in television series and his breakthrough happened through the TV series ''Al salir de clase'' (1997–2001) where Sauras played a young gay man, Santi. Later, Sauras had roles in ''Y decirte una estupidez, por ejemplo, te quiero'' (2000) and ''Diario de una becaria'' (2003). He also made guest roles in television series. Esther Arroyo
María Esther Julia Arroyo Bermúdez (born Cádiz, 29 March 1968) is a Spanish actress and model. She was Miss Spain 1990. Trajectory Since winning the Miss Spain contest she appeared in many TV programs as a host ('' Homo Zapping'') and collaborator (''Sabor a ti'') She also acted in many TV series, her most famous role was playing Ali in '' Periodistas'' from 1998 to 2002. On 10 October 2008 she was involved in a car accident alongside singer Ana Torroja when another car collided with them. Her husband was the driver and she was the copilot. One of her friends died in said accident. She still has a limp due to this. In October 2016 she became one of the contestants of musical impersonation show '' Tu cara me suena'' in Antena 3.

José Sancho
José Asunción Martínez (11 November 1944 – 3 March 2013) better known as José Sancho or Pepe Sancho, was a Spanish actor. Over a period of fifty years he appeared extensively in Spanish television and films. He was perhaps best known internationally for his roles in Pedro Almodóvar's films ''Live Flesh'' and ''Talk to Her''. Private life Sancho was born in Manises (Valencia), Spain, in 1944. He married and divorced twice the singer María Jiménez (with whom he had a son named Alejandro) and, after his second divorce with Jiménez, he married journalist Reyes Monforte, from 2006 until the death of the actor in 2013. He was a cousin of the Spanish Socialist Party politician Antoni Asunción. Sancho died March 3, 2013 with 68 years old in Valencia after a long illness from a lung cancer. Carlos Javier Sobera Pardo (born 11 August 1960 in Barakaldo, Spain) is a Spanish actor, television presenter and former law lecturer. Biography Sobera has a law degree from the University of Deusto.
