2011 Toulon Tournament
The 2011 Toulon Tournament was the 39th edition of the Toulon Tournament and took place from 1 June to 10 June. Ivory Coast were the defending champions, but they failed to win a single match and were eliminated in the group stage. Colombia won the tournament by defeating France 3–1 in a penalty shoot-out in the final, after the match had finished in a 1–1 draw. James Rodríguez won the ''Meilleur joueur'' award for the most outstanding player of the tournament. Steeven Joseph-Monrose (born 20 July 1990) is a French professional footballer who plays as a right winger for French Championnat National 3 club Gazélec Ajaccio. Career Club Joseph-Monrose began his career playing for his local club in Bondy, AS Bondy, before moving to CRAF Liévin. He arrived at RC Lens in 2002. Hector Quiñones (born 17 March 1992), known as Quiño, is a retired Colombian football defender. Club Early career Hector was part of the youth academy of Deportivo Cali.
