2011 Jacksonville Jaguars Season
The 2011 Jacksonville Jaguars season was the 17th season in the National Football League for the Jacksonville Jaguars. It began as the 9th under head coach Jack Del Rio, until he was fired on November 29 and replaced on an interim basis by defensive coordinator Mel Tucker. Del Rio finished his tenure in Jacksonville with a 69-73 record in the regular season and 1-2 in the playoffs. He was also just 4 wins shy of surpassing his predecessor, Tom Coughlin as the winningest head coach in Jaguars history. The Jaguars had hoped to improve on their 8–8 record from 2010, but exceeded their loss total in Week 13, and were officially eliminated from postseason contention. Drew Coleman
Drew Antrion Coleman (born April 22, 1983) is a former American football cornerback. After playing college football for Texas Christian, he was selected by the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL) in the sixth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played for the Jets for five seasons from 2006 to 2010 and the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2011. High school career Drew Coleman graduated from high school in 2001 in Henderson, Texas. Cecil Shorts III
Cecil Carlon Shorts III (born December 22, 1987) is a former American football wide receiver. He attended Collinwood High School in Cleveland, Ohio, and later the University of Mount Union, where he played for the Mount Union Purple Raiders football team. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. The 2010 Lehigh Mountain Hawks football team represented Lehigh University in the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The team was led by fifth-year head coach Andy Coen and played its home games at Goodman Stadium. They finished the regular season with a 9–2 record overall and a 5–0 record in Patriot League play, making them conference champions. Will Rackley
William "Will" Rackley III (born October 11, 1989) is a former American football offensive guard. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the third round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at Lehigh University. Early years Rackley was born in Athens, Greece. He attended Riverdale High School in Riverdale, Georgia, where he was a teammate of Cordy Glenn. He played football at Riverdale, earned first-team all-area honors as an offensive lineman and second-team all-area honors as a defensive lineman. The 2010 Missouri Tigers football team represented the University of Missouri in the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by Gary Pinkel, who returned for his tenth season with Mizzou, and played their home games at Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium. John Chick
John Chick (born November 20, 1982) is a former professional Canadian football defensive end who played eight seasons in the Canadian Football League, primarily with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. After signing with Saskatchewan in 2007, he was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Defensive Player after the 2009 CFL season. He would help the team capture the Grey Cup twice, in 2007 and 2013.
