The 2011 FINA Swimming World Cup was a series of seven, two-day, short course meets in seven different cities in October and November 2011. Arena was again the title sponsor for the series, with Omega serving as official timer. FINA Swimming World Cup
The FINA Swimming World Cup is an international series of short course () swimming meets organized by FINA, the International Federation for swimming. Launched in 1988, the FINA Swimming World Cup gathers world-class swimmers in a series of two-day meets organised between August and November each year. Across nine locations, the circuit is structured in clusters (Middle East, Europe and Asia) and distributes a total of prize money reaching US$2.5 million. Currently, the overall first, second, and third-place winners are awarded prize money. The men's and women's series winners take home $150,000 each, runners-up $100,000, and third-place finishers $50,000, following a prize-money increase announced by FINA in September 2017. Kenneth King-him To (7 July 199219 March 2019) was a Hong Kong Australian swimmer who practised individual medley, freestyle, butterfly and breaststroke. He won 6 medals at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics, was the male overall winner of the 2012 FINA Swimming World Cup and was a World Championships silver medallist. Christian Sprenger
Christian David Sprenger (born 19 December 1985) is an Australian former breaststroke swimmer. He trains at the Commercial Swimming Club under Simon Cusack. Swimming career At the 2008 Australian Swimming Championships he qualified in the 100- and 200-metre breaststroke, placing second in both events to qualify for the Olympics in Beijing. He failed to make the finals in either event but picked up a silver after swimming in the heats of the medley relay. Later on in the year he won nine individual FINA World Cup races during the 2008 series. He also won seven silvers and three bronze. Aschwin Wildeboer Faber (born 14 February 1986 in Sabadell, Spain), known as Aschwin Wildeboer, is a Spanish Olympic backstroke swimmer of Dutch origin. Kosuke Hagino
is a Japanese former competitive swimmer who specialized in the individual medley and 200 m freestyle. He is a four-time Olympic medalist, most notably winning gold in the 400 m individual medley at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Hagino holds the Asian Records in the 400 m individual medley (long course), the 100 m and 200 m individual medley (short course).
