2010–11 Lebanese FA Cup
The 2011 edition of the Lebanese FA Cup was the 39th edition to be played. It is the premier knockout tournament for football teams in Lebanon. Al-Ansar went into this edition as the holders. Al Ansar holds the most wins with 12 titles. The cup winner were guaranteed a place in the 2012 AFC Cup. Round 1 16 teams play a knockout tie. 8 clubs advance to the next round. Al Ahed Football Club ( ar, نادي العهد الرياضي, lit=The Covenant Sporting Club) is a football club based in Ouzai, a district in Beirut, Lebanon, that competes in the Lebanese Premier League, the top flight of Lebanese football. The club was founded in 1964 as Al Ahed Al Jadeed, starting in the Third Division, before they first reached the Lebanese Premier League for the first time in 1996. Al Ansar Football Club ( ar, نادي الأنصار الرياضي, lit=The Supporters Sporting Club) is a football club based in Tariq El Jdideh, a district in Beirut, Lebanon, that competes in the . Formed in 1951, the club did not win its first Lebanese Premier League until 1988. They went on to set a world record by winning the league 11 seasons in a row. Ansar is the most successful club in the country, having won the Lebanese Premier League 14 times and the Lebanese FA Cup 15 times. Nejmeh Sporting Club ( ar, نادي النجمة الرياضي, lit=The Star Sporting Club) is a football club based in Manara, a district in Ras Beirut, Beirut, Lebanon, that competes in the . Tadamon Sour Sporting Club ( ar, نادي التضامن الرياضي صور, lit=Solidarity Sporting Club Tyre), or simply Tadamon, is a football club based in Tyre, Lebanon, that competes in the .
