2010 Grand Prix Of Mosport
The 2010 Grand Prix of Mosport presented by Mobil 1 was the penultimate round of the 2010 American Le Mans Series season. It took place at Mosport International Raceway on August 29, 2010. The race marked the 100th ALMS race that David Brabham has competed in. As a result, the Patrón Highcroft team changed the car's number to No. 100 from No. 1 to mark the occasion. Race The race was scheduled for two hours and 45 minutes; however, the race was stopped early after a major crash involving the #8 Drayson LMP and #48 Orbit GTC about two hours into the race. Jonny Cocker
Jonathan Cocker (born 24 August 1986) is a British racing driver. In 2012 he won the ELMS GTE Pro Championship. He competed in the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) for Drayson Racing, a team run by Paul Drayson. Career Cocker, who was born in Cheshire, began his racing career in T Cars in 2001, aged 14. In 2003, he progressed to the Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain, finishing fourth in the standings. Extreme Speed Motorsports was an American auto racing team based out of Riviera Beach, Florida. Oliver Benjamin Gavin (born 29 September 1972), is a British racing driver who joined Corvette Racing in 2002. He has won five American Le Mans Series class championships, five 24 Hours of Le Mans class wins, five 12 Hours of Sebring class wins and five Petit Le Mans class wins. Jörg Bergmeister (born 13 February 1976, in Leverkusen) is a former racing driver from Germany and an ambassador of Porsche. His late father, Willi Bergmeister, owned a workshop and dealership where Michael Schumacher learned his trade as a car mechanic in the 1980s. Since 1996, Jörg has raced in the Porsche Carrera Cup.
