Peter Lowry
Peter Lowry (born October 2, 1985 in Missoula, Montana) is a former American soccer player. He is current an assistant coach of Lipscomb Bisons men soccer team. Career College and amateur Lowry grew up in Fair Oaks, California. He played club soccer for Irvine Strikers under head coach Don Ebert. Lowry played college soccer at Santa Clara University from 2004 to 2007, and played in the USL Premier Development League for Ajax Orlando Prospects, Boulder Rapids Reserve and San Jose Frogs. Professional Lowry was drafted in the second round (26th overall) of the 2008 MLS SuperDraft by Chicago Fire. The team captain of an association football team, sometimes known as the skipper, is a team member chosen to be the on-pitch leader of the team; they are often one of the older or more experienced members of the squad, or a player that can heavily influence a game or has good leadership qualities. Brian McBride
Brian Robert McBride (born June 19, 1972) is an American former soccer player who played as a forward for Columbus Crew, Fulham and Chicago Fire. He is the fifth-highest all-time leading goalscorer for the United States national team. For much of his career, he played in United States with stints in both Germany and England. During his time at Fulham, McBride became a fan favorite, as well as team captain. He was eventually voted "Player of the Season" two times. Corben Bone
Corben Bone (born September 16, 1988 in Plano, Texas) is an American former professional soccer player. Career College and amateur Bone played college soccer at Wake Forest University from 2007 to 2009 where he appeared in 68 games scoring 15 goals and adding 38 assists. He was a member of Wake Forest's 2007 NCAA College Cup Championship team. He was named ACC Offensive Player of the year in 2009. During his college years Bone also played for both Cary RailHawks U23s and Carolina Dynamo in the USL Premier Development League. Mike Banner (born October 20, 1984) is an American former professional soccer player who is currently retired. Career College Born in Washington, D.C., Banner attended Gonzaga College High School and began his collegiate soccer career at Georgetown University in 2002. He played in 18 matches during his freshman season for the Hoyas, starting 13 games, but transferred to Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville the following season. Patrick Nyarko (born January 15, 1986) is a Ghanaian former professional footballer. Career College After coming to the United States in 2005, Nyarko was a star forward and three-time All-ACC selection for the Virginia Tech Hokies soccer team, which played in the 2007 Division I Men's College Cup, falling to Wake Forest in the National Semifinals. Deris Ariel Umanzor Guevara (born 7 January 1980) is a retired Salvadoran professional footballer. Club career Deris Umanzor began his career in the youth system of Municipal Limeño and eventually moved up to the first team in 1998. John Thorrington
John Gerard Thorrington (born October 17, 1979) is a South African-born American retired soccer player who currently serves as co-president and general manager of Major League Soccer club Los Angeles FC. Although raised in the United States, Thorrington started his career as a youth team player in England with Premier League side Manchester United.
