The 2009–10 CEV Challenge Cup was the 30th edition of the European Challenge Cup volleyball club tournament, the former CEV Cup. The Italian club RPA-LuigiBacchi.it Perugia beat the Croatian club Mladost Zagreb in the final and achieved its unique CEV Challenge Cup trophy. The CEV Challenge Cup is the third tier official competition for men's volleyball clubs from the whole of Europe. It started in the 1980–81 season under the name CEV Cup. Salvador Hidalgo Oliva (born 27 December 1985) is a Cuban professional volleyball player, a member of Greek club Olympiacos and plays as outside hitter.He has won the Asian Championship in 2012 and the European trophy CEV Challenge Cup in 2023 and has been crowned Lebanon Champion, Chinese Champion, Qatar Champion, Turkish Champion and Greek Champion. Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. VK Dukla Liberec ( cz, Volejbalový Klub Dukla Liberec) is a Czech volleyball club based in Liberec. The club was born in 1948 in Prague, and in its history changed its headquarters several times: in 1957 it moved from the Czechoslovak capital to the town of Kolín, in 1966 to Jihlava, and finally in 1969 settled permanently in Liberec. The words ''Dukla'' is the amount of Czech ''CSKA'', in fact represented the formation, in the years of Soviet control, the army of Czechoslovakia.
