Zdravko Chavdarov
Zdravko Chavdarov ( Bulgarian: Здравко Чавдаров; born 24 January 1981) is a Bulgarian footballer, currently playing as a goalkeeper for Rakovski. Career Zdravko started his career in Maritsa. In 2004, he moved to Rodopa on a free transfer and spent 4 years there. After the promotion of Sliven 2000 to the Bulgarian top division, he joined them and was first-choice goalkeeper for the whole 2008/09 season. CSKA Sofia On 24 June 2009, Chavdarov signed with CSKA Sofia along with his teammates Ivan Stoyanov, Kostadin Stoyanov and Kosta Yanev. Apostol Popov
Apostol Aleksandrov Popov (; born 22 December 1982) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer and currently assistant manager of CSKA 1948 III. Career Early career Popov began his career with Spartak Plovdiv and made his first team debut in 2001. Then he played two and a half years in the second division with Belite Orli and Haskovo, before joined Botev Plovdiv in December 2007. Botev Plovdiv Popov signed with Botev Plovdiv as a free agent on 27 December 2007 on a two-and-a-half-year deal. He was signed to replace Nikolay Domakinov at Botev and added an extra dimension with his heading ability from set-pieces. Boris Galchev
Boris Petrov Galchev (; born 31 October 1983) is a Bulgarian retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder and now manager, currently working as manager of Bansko Team. Career Early career Born in Razlog, but raised in Dobrinishte, Galchev started his career in the youth system of Pirin Blagoevgrad. Then he was released by Pirin after failing to progress into their first team and joined amateur side Pirin Razlog. In this period, along with his football career, he also worked as a lumberman. Florentin Petre
Florentin Petre (born 15 January 1976) is a Romanian professional football manager and former player, currently assistant coach at Liga I club Dinamo București. Club career Florentin Petre was born on 15 January 1976 in Bucharest, Romania, growing up and starting to play football in the town of Popești-Leordeni until 1988 when he went to play at the youth center of Victoria București. Svetoslav Petrov (footballer Born 1978)
Svetoslav Petrov (; born 12 February 1978) is a Bulgarian football manager and a former midfielder. Career Petrov began his professional career at native club Dobrudzha Dobrich during 1996. In December 1999, he was sold to CSKA Sofia, with whom in 2002-03 season he became a champion of Bulgaria. This was the first of the three league titles to come for CSKA in the 2000s. In 2004, Petrov was sold to Russian side Kuban Krasnodar for €500,000. He earned 32 appearances in the Russian Premier League and scored two goals, before a year later, he returned to Bulgaria, signing with Lokomotiv Sofia. In January 2006 he resided in Azerbaijan and signed with local team Neftchi Baku. Aleksandar Branekov
Aleksandar Branekov (; born 31 May 1987) is a former Bulgarian professional footballer who played as a centre back. Career Branekov is a product of the CSKA Sofia Academy. He marked his first-team debut with goal, opening the scoring in a 2–1 away win over Lokomotiv Sofia on 6 November 2005. Branekov spent a 2007–08 season on loan with Lokomotiv Plovdiv to build up his first team experience, but earned only 7 appearances in the A Group. In June 2008, Branekov returned to CSKA. Ivan Karadzhov
Ivan Karadzhov (; born 12 July 1989) is a Bulgarian former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career He made his official debut for CSKA in the last match of 2008-09 season in the Bulgarian A PFG (Professional Football Group) against Lokomotiv Mezdra. Rui Miguel Marinho dos Reis (born 30 January 1984), known as Rui Miguel, is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played as a forward. Career Born in Ceira, Coimbra District, Rui Miguel joined Académica de Coimbra's youth ranks at the age of 10, but never really broke into the main squad. Rumen Trifonov
Rumen Trifonov (; born 21 February 1985) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He is currently working as a youth coach for CSKA Sofia. Career Trifonov earned his first call-up to the Bulgaria national side in March 2011 for the Euro 2012 qualifier against Switzerland and the friendly match versus Cyprus, but did not feature in these games. On 22 February 2018, Trifonov joined Third League club Spartak Pleven. In June 2018, he moved to Second League side Montana. Later career Missing most of the 2019–20 season due to an injury in the autumn 2019, 35-year old Trifonov decided to retire at the end of the year. Vladimir Manchev
Vladimir Manchev (; born 6 October 1977) is a Bulgarian football manager and former player. Club career Manchev has played for Bulgarian teams of Spartak Pleven, Yantra and Hebar, French side Lille OSC and Spanish teams Levante UD, Valladolid and Celta Vigo. He was the top goalscorer of the Bulgarian "A" Professional Football Group in 2001–2002 season with 21 goals netted for CSKA Sofia. He won the Bulgarian Cup in 1999 with CSKA.
