The club narrowly missed their first appearance for the MLS playoffs, losing the last game of the season when a win would have meant qualification. Toronto FC
Toronto Football Club (commonly known as Toronto FC or TFC) is a Canadian professional soccer club based in Toronto. The club competes in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. The team plays its home matches at BMO Field, located at Exhibition Place on Toronto's shoreline west of Downtown Toronto. Toronto FC joined MLS in 2007 as an expansion team and was the first Canadian-based franchise in the league. Lesly Fellinga
Lesly Fellinga (born September 29, 1985) is a Haitian retired football player, who played at left defense position. Playing career Club Fellinga was born in the Cité Soleil commune of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, but adopted when he was a baby and grew up in Zuidlaren in the Netherlands. He played youth soccer for local teams ZVZ and ZFC Zuidlaren. In 1996, he was scouted by FC Groningen and started to play in the youth teams. In 2006, he joined Eerste Divisie club Veendam, and was a regular feature for the club in the 2007–2008 season. Eredivisie club Heerenveen picked him up in a summer 2008 transfer. Amado Guevara
Amado Guevara (born 2 May 1976) is a Honduran former professional footballer and manager. He was the coach of Puerto Rico from 2018 to 2019. A former midfielder, he is the second all-time cap leader for the Honduras national team seconded by Maynor Figueroa . He was selected as the Best Player of the 2001 Copa América, held in Colombia. Chad Barrett
Chad Randall Barrett (born April 30, 1985) is an American former professional soccer player who played as a forward. Career College Born in San Diego, Barrett played two seasons of college soccer at UCLA and led the team in assists his second year. He chose to forgo the rest of his college career, signing a Generation adidas contract with MLS. He attended Southridge HS and played Club Soccer for Westside Metros in Beaverton Oregon. Professional Chicago Fire drafted Barrett with the third overall pick of the 2005 MLS SuperDraft, and he quickly established himself as a starter for the Fire during the 2007 season, scoring seven goals. Brian Edwards (soccer)
Brian Edwards (born October 6, 1984) is an American former soccer player who last played as a goalkeeper for Degerfors IF. Career Youth and College Edwards attended Providence High School in Charlotte, North Carolina, played club soccer for the Charlotte Soccer Club, and played college soccer at Wake Forest University. In his four-year playing career at Wake Forest, Edwards put up a career 0.78 GA average, 44 career shutouts, and led the Demon Deacons to victory in the 2007 Division I Men's College Cup, defeating Ohio State University in the final. Edwards was named the Final Four's defensive MVP. During his college years he also played with Carolina Dynamo of the USL Premier Development League. O'Brian White
O'Brian White (born 14 December 1985, in Ocho Rios) is a Jamaican former footballer who played as a forward. Career Youth and college White grew up in Jamaica before moving to Scarborough, Ontario in 2002 to live with his mother. He began playing football while attending Lester B. Pearson Collegiate Institute, where he was named the Most Valuable Player of the squad in 2004 and 2005. White played college soccer at the University of Connecticut. Marvell Wynne (born May 8, 1986) is an American soccer coach and former player who is an assistant coach for the John Woods Community College Blazers’ men's team. He was a starting center back on the Rapids' 2010 MLS Cup Championship team. Personal Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Wynne is the son of former Major League Baseball player Marvell Wynne. Adrian Serioux (born May 12, 1979) is a Canadian retired professional soccer player who played as a defender (association football), defender. Club career After playing college soccer for the University of New Haven, Serioux started his pro career with the Toronto Lynx in the USL First Division, A-League. James Gerald "Jim" Brennan (born 8 May 1977) is a UEFA Pro License-holder Canadian soccer manager, analyst and former player. During his playing career he played as a defender in Canada and England, most notably with Bristol City, Nottingham Forest, Southampton F.C. Ali Ngon Gerba (; born September 4, 1981) is a former professional soccer player who played as a forward. Born in Cameroon, he represented the Canada national team. Club career Canada and United States In 2000 Gerba signed with the Montreal Impact, then of the A-League, where he recorded six goals and two assists, a club record for a rookie.
