2009 FC Moscow Season
The 2009 FC Moscow season was the club's 6th, and final season as a professional team. They finished the season in 6th place, reached the Semi-final of the 2008–09 Russian Cup and the Quarterfinal of the 2009–10 Russian Cup. Prior to the start of the 2010 Russian Premier League season, on 5 February 2010, FC Moscow announced that would not participate in the Russian Premier League with the club being officially excluded from the season on 17 February 2010. FC Moscow (Russian: Футбольный клуб Москва) was a Russian football club based in Moscow. History The creation of the team was first announced by the Moscow government on 1 March 2004. FC Moscow was formed on the base of FC Torpedo-Metallurg. The team played in the Russian Cup final in 2007. Moscow's best result in Russian Premier League was a 4th position in 2007. On 14 December 2007, Oleg Blokhin was announced as FC Moscow's new manager with Leonid Slutsky having left at the end of the 2007 season. FC Spartak Vladikavkaz (russian: link=no, Футбольный клуб «Спартак Владикавказ») was a Russian football club based in Vladikavkaz (formerly Ordzhonikidze), North Ossetia–Alania. Founded in 1921, the club played in the Soviet Top League during the communist era, and won its first and only league title in the 1995 Russian Top League. Isaac Okoronkwo
Isaac Okoronkwo (born 1 May 1978) is a Nigerian former professional football player who played as a defender. Career Okoronkwo started his career at FC Lagos before moving to the Nigerian club Julius Berger. His first club outside Nigeria was a six-month spell at Al-Rayyan in Qatar, but the club could not afford to keep him beyond this period and he returned home to Iwuanyanwu Nationale. Alexandru Epureanu (born 27 September 1986) is a Moldovan professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Süper Lig club Ümraniyespor and the Moldova national team. Club career Born in Chișinau, Epureanu joined FC Sheriff Tiraspol in summer 2004. He has won Moldovan Footballer of the Year in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2018. Kirill Anatolyevich Nababkin (russian: Кирилл Анатольевич Набабкин; born 8 September 1986) is a Russian football player who plays for Russian Premier League side CSKA Moscow.
