The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Tour Masters 1000, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. Filip Polášek
Filip Polášek (; born 21 July 1985) is a Slovak professional tennis player who specialises in doubles. He was forced to retire in 2013 due to health issues, but returned in 2018 and began the most successful phase of his career. Polášek won his first Grand Slam title at the 2021 Australian Open alongside Ivan Dodig, and also won the 2019 Cincinnati Masters and 2021 Indian Wells Masters, with Dodig and John Peers respectively. Polášek was the first Slovak man to reach, or win, a major doubles final, and also reached the semifinals at the 2019 Wimbledon Championships, 2020 Australian Open and 2021 US Open. He reached his highest doubles ranking of world No. 7 in February 2020, and has won 17 titles on the ATP Tour, qualifying for the ATP Finals in both 2019 and 2021. Jaroslav Levinský (born 11 February 1981) is a professional doubles tennis player from the Czech Republic. Andreas Beck (; born 5 February 1986) is a retired German professional male tennis player. He achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 33 in November 2009. As a qualifier, Beck reached the quarterfinals of the 2009 Monte Carlo Masters. Thierry Ascione (born 17 January 1981) is a retired professional tour male tennis player from France. He turned pro in 2000 and retired in September 2010, reaching a career-high singles ranking of World No. 81 in February 2004. Gastón Norberto Gaudio (; born 9 December 1978) is an Argentine retired tennis player. He won eight singles titles and achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 5 in April 2005. Gaudio's most significant title win came at the 2004 French Open, the last French Open before the Rafael Nadal era, when he defeated fellow Argentine Guillermo Coria in five sets in the final.
