2008–09 Ukrainian Second League
The 2008–09 Ukrainian Second League was the 18th season of 3rd level professional football in Ukraine. The competitions are divided into two groups – A and B. Competition information Note: Relegation from the League is not covered by the current regulations. The placing of teams in the table is done in the following order: * number of accumulated points * number of wins * difference(GD) between ''goals for''(GF) and ''goals allowed''(GA) * number of goals for * The League Fair-play ranking The next tie-break is a simple draw. 2007–08 Ukrainian First League
The 2007–08 Ukrainian First League is the seventeenth since its establishment. There were 20 teams competing. Two teams were relegated from the Ukrainian Premier League 2006-07. Four teams were promoted from the Ukrainian Second League 2006-07. FC Bukovyna Chernivtsi
Football Sports Club Bukovyna Chernivtsi is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Chernivtsi. History The club was established in 1958 as Avanhard Chernivtsi (Avangard Chernovtsy) for republican competitions and became the first club from Chernivtsi Oblast to be added to the Soviet Class B competition in 1960. Before 1958 Chernivtsi were presented several times by various teams in republican competitions like Burevisnyk (1956), Dynamo (1948, 1950–1955), Spartak (1946, 1947, 1949), Lokomotyv (1949). From 1992–94, Bukovyna played in the Ukrainian Premier League, after being initially chosen to participate for being one of the Ukrainian teams taking part in the Soviet First League in 1991. Bukovyna Chernivtsi's best achievement in the Ukrainian Premier League was 10th place in its first season. The club was founded in 1958 under the name Avanguard. FC Dynamo Khmelnytskyi
FC Podillya Khmelnytskyi is a professional Ukrainian football team that is based in Khmelnytskyi, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine. The club competes in the Ukrainian Second League. History Soviet era Established in the Soviet Union as part of the Dynamo sports society in 1926 as Dynamo Proskurov (Proskuriv), the club participated mostly in championships of the city and its region. In 1940 and 1941, it represented the region in the republican competitions among the sports societies of Ukraine. During World War II, the Soviet sports competitions were suspended and the club was disbanded. FC Nyva Vinnytsia is a professional Ukrainian football club based in the city of Vinnytsia. The name "Nyva" translates to "grain field". The club was originally created in 1958 in the Soviet Union and folded in 2005 and 2012, but was reformed again in 2015 as Nyva-V and renamed back to Nyva in 2018. FC Knyazha-2 Schaslyve was the reserve or 2nd squad of the Ukrainian Football club FC Knyazha Schaslyve. FC Obolon-2 Bucha is the second team of Ukrainian professional football club FC Obolon Kyiv based in Bucha. It started in 2001 and played until February 2013, when it was discontinued for financial reasons. FC Enerhiya Yuzhnoukrainsk was a Ukrainian football club based in Yuzhnoukrainsk, Mykolaiv oblast. The former name for the club was ''"Olimpiya FC AES"''. 2007 Ukrainian Football Amateur League
Following are the results of the Ukrainian Football Amateur League 2007 season. Participation was restricted to the regional (Oblast) champions and/or the most regarded team by the respective regional association. This season competition consisted of three stages. The first stage was organized in regional principal and was played in two rounds where each team could play another at its home ground. The second stage was played in three different places to identify the best six ( Luzhany, Plysky, and Illichivsk). The games were organized in one round. The two best out of each group advanced to the semifinals where teams were split into two groups. The semifinals and the final were played in Illichivsk. The winners of the groups advanced to the finals and runners-up matched up in the game for the third place. FC Olimpik Kropyvnytskyi ( uk, Олімпік) is an amateur football club based in Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine. Before 2015 it was known as FC Olimpik Kirovohrad. The club regularly participates in the Kirovohrad Oblast Football Championship. In 2007–08 it played at the Ukrainian Second League.
