2008–09 OK Liga
The 2008–09 OK Liga was the 40th season of the top-tier league of rink hockey in Spain. Barcelona Sorli Discau finished the league as champion. Competition format Sixteen teams joined the league. The eight first teams at the end of the regular season qualified for the playoffs while the three last teams were relegated to Primera División. Regular season Playoffs Quarterfinals were played with a best-of-three format, while semifinals and final were played with a best-of-five series. Seeded teams played games 1 and 3 of the quarterfinals and 1, 2 and 5 of semifinals and finals at home. Copa Del Rey De Hockey Patines
The Copa del Rey de Hockey Patines is an annual Spanish rink hockey competition which is contested by eight teams. It held every year at a neutral venue. The first eight teams in standings just to half-season take part in Copa del Rey. The Copa del Rey's winners play in the next edition of CERS Cup. Competition format Since 1999, the competition is played with a ''Final Eight'' format. At the end of the first half of the regular season, the top seven teams from the Spanish League and the host one, if it is not between these teams, qualify for the tournament. The eight teams play a play-off at one venue, over four days, eventually producing a winner. Pazo dos Deportes de Riazor is a multi-purpose sports arena in A Coruña, Galicia, Spain. Located at Riazor's sports complex, the venue has 4,425 seats and a maximum capacity of 5,000 people. CERH European League
The WSE Champions League is an annual club roller hockey competition organised by World Skate Europe - Rink Hockey and contested by teams from the top-ranked European leagues. The current champions are Italian side Trissino, which secured their first title in the competition after beating Portuguese side AD Valongo in the 2022 final four. The 2009–10 CERS Cup was the 30th season of the CERS Cup, Europe's second club roller hockey competition organized by CERH. 28 teams from eight national associations qualified for the competition as a result of their respective national league placing in the previous season. Following a preliminary phase and two knockout rounds, Liceo won the tournament.
