NOFV-Oberliga
The NOFV- Oberliga is a division at step 5 of the German football league system. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, it became the successor of the DDR-Oberliga, and functions today as a 5th division in the former territory of East Germany and the city of Berlin. This league is named after the Nordostdeutscher Fußballverband (NOFV: North-East German Football Association), the regional association of the DFB in the former East German territories. The league is currently split in two groups, north and south, the NOFV-Oberliga Nord and NOFV-Oberliga Süd. A third league, the NOFV-Oberliga Mitte existed from 1991 to 1994. 1990–91 Season The NOFV-Oberliga developed after the entry of the Deutscher Fußball-Verband (the East German Football Association) to the Deutscher Fußball-Bund. 2009–10 Regionalliga
The 2009–10 Regionalliga season was the sixteenth since its re-establishment after German reunification and the second as a fourth-level league within the German football league system. It was contested in three divisions with eighteen teams each. The competition began on 7 August 2008 with the first matches of each division and ended on 29 May 2010. Team changes from 2008–09 Movement between 3. Liga and Regionalliga The champions of the three 2008–09 Regionalliga divisions were promoted to the 2009–10 3. Liga. These were Holstein Kiel (North), Borussia Dortmund II (West) and 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 ( South). VfR Aalen and Stuttgarter Kickers were relegated from the 2008–09 3. Liga after finishing the season in the bottom two places. 18th-placed Wacker Burghausen were eventually spared from relegation after 5th-placed Kickers Emden voluntarily retracted their application for a license because of financial issues.

Torgelower FC Greif is a Football in Germany, German football club from the city of Torgelow in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The football team is part of a sports club which also has departments for women's sport, table tennis, and Team handball, handball. The club was known as Torgelower SV Greif until 2014. SV Germania Schöneiche is a German association football club from Schöneiche in Brandenburg. History The earliest predecessor of today's association was the gymnastics club ''MTV Germania Kleinschönbeck Schöneiche'' founded in 1894. Ludwigsfelder FC is a Football in Germany, German football club from Ludwigsfelde in Brandenburg. History The association was created in 1947 as ''Vorwärts Ludwigsfelde'' as the World War II, postwar successor to ''Rot-Weiß Ludwigsfelde'' established in 1939. The club was renamed ''BSG Traktor Ludwigsfelde'' in 1952, then ''BSG Motor Ludwigsfelde'' in 1953, before going on to make several appearances in East Germany's second division DDR-Liga through the 1970s and 1980s. FSV Optik Rathenow is a German association football club who compete in the Oberliga. The club is situated in the city of Rathenow, near Berlin, and play their home games at the Vogelgesang.
