Callao
Callao () is a Peruvian seaside city and Regions of Peru, region on the Pacific Ocean in the Lima metropolitan area. Julio C. Arteaga (29 October 1867 – 1923) was a Puerto Rican musician and composer of danzas. Early years Julio Carlos de Arteaga Matheu ( a.k.a., Julio Carlos Arteaga Matheu) was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, on 29 October 1867 to Diego Arteaga Lopez, from Venezuela, and Isabel Matheu. He had two siblings, Juan Jose and Herminia Isabel. Casey Burgener
Casey Burgener (born August 15, 1982) is a weightlifter for the United States. His coaches are Mike Burgener and Paul Fleschler. He was born to Leslie Burgener, who lives in the San Diego area. Burgener initially was to compete at the 2008 Summer Olympics, but the US unexpectedly lost one of three country slots when lifters from other countries were disqualified, which changed the results of a qualification event. On April 13, 2012 Burgener was commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy. After serving for five years as a submariner, he is now a lieutenant in the United States Navy, and a training officer at the University of Michigan Naval ROTC unit, where he is charged with physically and mentally developing more than 80 young and proud midshipmen. Jeffrey Michael Wittmer (born September 30, 1984) in St. Louis, Missouri is a weightlifter for the United States. Getting his start in his basement gym Jeff won his first 50 competitions. Jeff is featured on the cover of the book ''Explosive Lifting for Sports'' by Harvey Newton. He holds multiple national titles and records. Jeff graduated from Hazelwood West High School in 2003. After graduation, he accepted an invitation to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. At the 2006 World Championships he ranked 26th in the 94 kg category, with a total of 338 kg. His most notable performances include 5th place at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
