The 2008 Mr. Olympia contest was an IFBB professional bodybuilding competition and the feature event of Joe Weider's Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend 2008 held September 26–27, 2008 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Other events at the exhibition included the 202 Olympia Showdown, and Ms. Olympia contests. Jay Cutler (bodybuilder)
Jason Isaac Cutler (born August 3, 1973) is an American retired professional bodybuilder. Cutler is a four-time Mr. Olympia winner, having won in 2006, 2007, 2009, and 2010; and a six-time runner-up. Early life Jason Isaac Cutler was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on August 3, 1973. He grew up in nearby Sterling and attended Wachusett Regional High School in Holden. He began working in his brother's concrete construction business, Cutler Bros. Concrete, when he was 11 years old. He started training to be a bodybuilder at the age of 18. He graduated from Quinsigamond Community College in 1993 with a degree in criminal justice, intending to work as a corrections officer for a maximum security prison. Career Cutler was inspired to enter bodybuilding by personal trainer Marcos Rodriguez. Darrem Charles (born July 22, 1968 in Arouca, Trinidad) is an actively competing IFBB professional bodybuilder. Biography Darrem Charles was born in Arouca, Trinidad. Fourteen-time IFBB Pro Show Winner. Fourteen-time IFBB Olympia Show competitor. He first completed in several natural competitions in 1986 where he was a perennial champion. First in the WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) and others. His first competition in the IFBB was in 1989 when he competed in the IFBB World Amateur Championships, where he placed 5th in the light heavyweight division.
