Atsushi Uchiyama
is a former Japanese football player and manager. He played for Japan national team. His brother Masaru Uchiyama also played for Japan national team. Club career Uchiyama was born in Shizuoka on June 29, 1959. After graduating from Kokushikan University, he joined Japan Soccer League Division 2 club Yamaha Motors in 1982. In 1982, the club won the champions and was promoted to Division 1. The club also won Emperor's Cup. The club won the league champions in 1987–88. He retired in 1992. He played 195 games and scored 18 goals in the league. National team career On September 30, 1984, Uchiyama debuted for Japan national team against South Korea. In 1995, he also played at 1986 World Cup qualification. He played 2 games for Japan until 1986. Masashi Nakayama
is a Japanese football manager and former player who is the manager of Azul Claro Numazu from 2023. He played as a forward in his playing career. Club career Playing as a forward, Nakayama made his J1 League debut on 11 March 1994. From then until 2009, he was an ever-present part of the Júbilo Iwata lineup as they were consistently one of the top teams in the J1 League since its inception. Kosuke Yamamoto
is a Japanese footballer who plays for Júbilo Iwata. Mainly as a defensive midfielder. Career Júbilo Iwata Yamamoto, who was born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, started his career at Seirei Junior Football Club before transferring to Júbilo Iwata's youth academy in 2002. He won himself a contract and was promoted to the senior squad at the end of the 2007 season after progressing through the youth ranks at the club and completing his two-year apprenticeship. He made his first team debut for the Júbilo in the J1 League match on 3 September 2006, when he came on as a late substitute for Robert Cullen in the 3–2 defeat to Oita Trinita at Ōita Bank Dome. Robert Cullen (footballer)
is a former Japanese footballer of Irish descent. Club career Cullen is a forward, Cullen made his senior football debut for Júbilo Iwata on 5 May 2004, Oita Trinita being the opponent. Cullen started training in the youth ranks at Kashiwa Reysol before eventually joining the team at Funabashi Municipal High School. After his graduation, he signed with Jubilo Iwata in 2004. Although mostly limited to substitute appearances and the occasional league cup start in his rookie year, big things were expected of Cullen as he matured and gained experience playing with such seasoned professionals as Masashi Nakayama and Toshiya Fujita. He left Júbilo in 2010 to join Roasso Kumamoto of J2 League. In January 2011 it was announced that Cullen joined Dutch Eredivisie club VVV-Venlo, best known in Japan for featuring another Japanese, Maya Yoshida, and having been Keisuke Honda's first European club. Ryoichi Maeda
is a Japanese former professional footballer who played as a forward. He is the currently assistant coach of Japan national team. Club career Maeda was born in Kobe, Japan but spent his childhood in the United States. He was educated at and played for Gyosei Junior and Senior High School in Tokyo. While he was a high school student, he was chosen as one of the Designated Players for Development by J.League and JFA. Because of this status, Maeda was able to register as a Verdy Kawasaki player while he was still eligible to play for his high school club. However, he did not play any official match for Verdy. is a Japanese footballer who plays as a defender for J2 League club Blaublitz Akita. Playing career Kaga was born in Futada, Tennō, Akita on 30 September 1983. Shinji Murai
is a former Japanese football player. He played for Japan national team. Club career Murai was born in Chiba on December 1, 1979. He joined his local club JEF United Ichihara (later ''JEF United Chiba'') from youth team in 1998. He became a regular player as left midfielder from 2001.
