2007–08 Mississippi State Bulldogs Basketball Team
The 2007–08 Mississippi State basketball team represented Mississippi State University in the 2007–08 college basketball season. Under head coach Rick Stansbury, the team played their home games at Humphrey Coliseum in Starkville, Mississippi, and was a member of the Southeastern Conference. Previous season The 2006–07 Bulldogs finished the season 21–14 (8–8 in SEC play) and reached the NIT Final Four. Before the season Departures In additions to losing two seniors from the 2006–07, four players (80% of the 2005 recruiting class) transferred to others schools over the offseason. Rick Stansbury
Richard Lee Stansbury (born December 23, 1959), is an American college basketball and the current head coach of the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers basketball team. He was previously the head coach at Mississippi State. He was hired as the WKU head coach on March 28, 2016. Point Guard
The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. Belaire High School (usually abbreviated as "Belaire" or BHS) is a Public school (government-funded), public school in East Baton Rouge Parish. It is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Maine Central Institute (MCI) is an independent high school in Pittsfield, Maine, United States that was established in 1866.
