The 2007 Short Track Speed Skating World Cup was a multi-race tournament over a season for short track speed skating. The season began on 20 October 2006 and ended on 11 February 2007. Claudio Rinaldi (speed Skater)
Claudio Rinaldi (born November 29, 1987 in Bormio) is an Italian short track speed skater. Rinaldi competed at the 2010 Winter Olympics for Italy. He was a member of the 5000 metre relay team, which was disqualified in its semifinal. As of 2013, Rinaldi's best performance at the World Championships is 5th, as a member of the Italian 5000 metre relay team in 2009 and 2010. His best individual finish is 20th, in the 1000 metres in 2008. He has also won three gold medals as a member of the Italian relay team at the European Short Track Speed Skating Championships. Takahiro Fujimoto (speed Skater)
is a Japanese short track speed skater. Fujimoto competed at the 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympics for Japan. In 2006, he was a member of the 5000 metre relay team, which was disqualified in the semifinal. In 2010, in both the 500 metres and 1000 metres, he placed fourth in his heat, failing to advance. In the 1500 metres, he placed 3rd in his opening heat, advancing to the semifinals, where he finished 6th, again failing to advance. His best overall finish was in the 1500, where he placed 17th. Heerenveen (, fry, It Hearrenfean ) is a town and municipality in the province of Friesland (Fryslân), in the Northern Netherlands. In 2021, the town had a population of 29,790 (1 January) while the municipality had a population 50,859 (1 July). History The town was established in 1551 by three lords as a location for the purpose of digging peat which was used for fuel, hence the name (''heer'' is "lord", ''veen'' is "peat").
